God has given you unique gifts and abilities for the specific purpose of serving him and building up the church. Victory of the Lamb needs your help to fulfill our mission. Volunteers are an integral part of what we do at Victory of the Lamb. We would love to help you discover the joy of serving in a ministry that fits your interests and talents.

Serving Teams

Here are some brief details about the serving opportunities at Victory. To learn more about any of these positions and to get involved, click the button below to let us know! One of our ministry leaders will connect with you about their team.


Prep & Clean Team: provide a safe, clean environment for worshipers by cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, arranging furniture, and completing other preparations between worship.

Host Team: provide a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks though our doors and helps guests connect to our church. This includes parking lot greeters, kiosk hosts, door greeters, and prayer card collectors.

Usher Team: make every person welcome and comfortable through personal greetings and assistance. Ushers hand out worship folders, collect offering, and assist guests in whatever way is needed.

Café Team: provide a cheerful environment where people feel welcomed and friendships can be made while guests enjoy the convenience of having food and drink before worship. Café volunteers serve guests food and drink with a smile.

Safety Team: create a safe, secure environment to those who are worshiping or attending large events at Victory. Team members are prepared to handle emergency situations that may arise during worship and other church events.

Sunday Prep Team: support guests in growing their faith by preparing Communion supplies for distribution during services.


Victory Kids: guide children to have fun while learning about Jesus, assuring them of the love that Jesus and the people at Victory have for them. Volunteers must be in 6th grade or older; positions as teachers or helpers are available.

Quest and Middle School Leaders: prepare young adults (6th-12th grade) to live a faith-filled life. They engage teens in activities and discussions that help them grow in their faith and build positive relationship with one another.


Music Team: touch the soul and feed the spirit through engaging, inspiring music. Positions available for vocalists and those who play instruments who have the skill and confidence to lead worship.

Tech Team: utilize technology and creativity to create distraction-free experiences where people can meet Jesus and grow in their relationship with him. Positions include cameras, screens, lights, and sound board.


Counting Team: work in pairs to accurately record weekly donations and prepare church offering for bank deposit.

Office Support Team: work behind-the-scenes to prepare materials that ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable at Victory.

Facilities Team: work behind-the-scenes to maintain safety, appearance, and functionality of the properties with which God has blessed Victory.

Media Team: share Jesus with our community through photography, videography, graphic design, and social media.
